Most of our product has a fixed design allowing the customer to truly personalized the gift but keeping the basic design in place. These types of gifts will ship in 2-3 days. Since we do offer complete custom work on many of our product such as black marble memorials, our leather accessories, the "Design your Own Frame" red alder photo frames, these types of gifts require customer approval on the design layouts that are emailed to the customer. Once a design is approved by the customer, the product is put into the production queue. Once in the production queue, the product is completed and ready to ship in no more than 3 business days.

To insure a quick to ship time on these types of personalized gifts, it is important that the customer respond as quickly as possible to the emails which contain the design approval requests. Since we do not limit the number of design choices for customer approval, these types of gifts are dependent on the approval process and the timeliness of the customer's response.
