We offer UPS and USPS only. Please note, that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Returns

Engraveable products cannot be returned after the customer has approved the proof, and engraving has been started. Please See Customer Proof of Acceptance below. Under any other circumstance, returns can only be authorized by the store manager.

Customer Proof of Acceptance

LaserCraft Studios will provide you with a final proof for approval signoff on all photo keepsakes for both stone and wood products. This digital image proof is used insure that the layout and spelling are correct before the product is actually laser engraved.

Please note that once you approve the proof, we cannot be responsible for any layout or spelling  errors that may be found after the product has been laser engraved. Please check the proof very carefully!  We also will provide any necessary feedback to you if we have any questions. Please insure if using a persons name, that it is spelled corectly as we will only duplicate your spelling in the proof.

If you decide to make changes to your layout,  it may be necessary at our discretion based on the time involved, to charge an extra fee for additional work. If the changes are minor in nature such as additional text, or the restructuring of the existing text, will normally not result in any additional charge. We are more concerned about major changes. These major changes would include as an example, the substitution of the original photo or the addition of  photo, or a change in choice of materials and/or material size. These types of changes more often than not require considerable time on our part, and we reserve the right to induce any additional charges that may apply if this be the case.

Please take your time with the layout of your keepsake. If you are stuck, and cannot decide on the layout or a font selection, we can help. So Please, if you have any questions or you just cant decide, we can help, and all you have to do is ask!

You can go to the Contact Us page for email addresses and telephone numbers. If you have already paid for you keepsake, please include your order number as this will help us locate your information more effeciently. After the proof is complete we will email it to you. If you wish to approve, just state "I approve" somewhere your email reply. If you wish to change anything whatsoever, describe those changes in the email reply. We will evaluate your request,  make the necessary changes, and send you another proof.
